In this role, you’ll educate customers on the continued value of their vehicle protection contracts, overcome objections, and secure renewals—while earning uncapped commissions. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle outbound/inbound customer interactions to retain contracts
• Overcome objections with tact and highlight contract value
• Explain terms and negotiate flexible solutions
• Track and meet/exceed retention goals
• Communicate via CRM platforms and handle high call volume
• Collaborate with team and management (camera-on meetings required)
• Deliver excellent customer service while protecting the brand
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of retention or similar experience
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• CRM and tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple systems
• Comfortable working remotely in a structured environment
• Background check required
