💼 Your Role:
Be the warm, confident voice customers hear when they call. Whether it’s a billing issue, a refund request, or someone who just can’t figure out how to play their favorite video—you’re the one who makes it all okay.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- 💡 Resolve issues related to billing, payments, cancellations, and minor tech troubles (login, video/audio)
- 📝 Provide top-tier written and verbal support
- ⏱️ Commit to at least 20 hours per week (including 8+ weekend hours)
- 🧠 Navigate a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
📌 What You’ll Need
- ✅ 1+ year of phone-based customer support experience
- 🧑💻 Previous call center experience strongly preferred
- 💬 Excellent spoken and written English
- 🔧 Ability to install ModSquad’s security software and use 2FA (Duo Mobile)
- 🧠 Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

- 🖥️ Windows 11 (i7 or higher) OR MacOS Ventura or higher
- 🌐 50 Mbps Internet connection
- 📱 Android 14.0+ or iOS 15+
