About the Role
Omniscient Digital is building its bench of exceptional freelance writers for future client projects. If you create strategic, SEO-driven, long-form content that informs, ranks, and converts — and you’re looking for steady, flexible freelance work with a highly collaborative team — this role is for you.
🧠 Note: This is a “freelance bench” application. If selected, you’ll be added to our vetted pool and contacted when relevant client work becomes available.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Write long-form blog content (1,500–2,500 words) across B2B and SaaS industries
- Balance SEO best practices with brand voice and storytelling
- Use content briefs, client messaging, and editorial feedback to guide structure and tone
- Collaborate with editors, strategists, and (occasionally) clients and subject matter experts
- Meet deadlines consistently and communicate clearly about progress
✅ You’re a Fit If You:
- ✅ Have 2+ years of experience writing SEO-focused content for B2B or SaaS brands
- ✅ Can self-manage, meet deadlines, and welcome editorial feedback
- ✅ Understand how to connect business goals to content strategy
- ✅ Are curious, collaborative, and care about writing quality
- ✅ Are open to taking on test assignments as part of the vetting process
💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
- Interviewed subject matter experts and incorporated insights into your writing
- Experience writing about SaaS, cloud, martech, data, product-led growth, or AI
- A track record of writing for thought leadership, strategy, or bottom-of-funnel content
