About the Role
Omniscient Digital is looking for a Spanish-speaking freelance editor with an eye for detail and a passion for elevating B2B content. You’ll edit long-form articles, guides, and SEO-driven pieces written in Mexican or neutral Latin American Spanish, helping us deliver clear, polished, and professional content for leading SaaS brands like SAP, Loom, and Adobe.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Edit blog posts and long-form content in Spanish for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, editorial guidelines, and SEO strategy
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help writers improve
- Fact-check stats, sources, and external links
- Collaborate with editors and project managers to meet tight deadlines (24–48 hours)
- Apply style guides and formatting standards to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate proactively about project timelines, blockers, or revisions
✅ Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Mexican Spanish or neutral Latin American Spanish
- 2+ years editing B2B, SaaS, SEO, or technical content
- Deep understanding of grammar, readability, and tone in professional Spanish writing
- Comfortable with developmental, line, and copy editing
- Experience editing for SEO without sacrificing natural flow
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Degree in Spanish linguistics, journalism, communications, or related field is a plus
🖋 Portfolio Requirement
Please submit 3–5 samples of written or edited content in Mexican Spanish.
At least 2 samples must be B2B, SaaS, or technical in focus.
Older work is acceptable if accompanied by more recent samples.
