Wellth is looking for a compassionate, tech-savvy Member Support Advocate to guide members through our daily wellness program, resolve app-related issues, and help them access critical health services. This isn’t just a support job—it’s an advocacy role. You’ll serve as a connector between members and their health resources, helping remove barriers to care and improve quality of life.

• Full-time (Remote – U.S.)
• Preferred location: Los Angeles, CA
• Pay: $22–$28/hour (DOE)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support members with app questions and onboarding
• Connect members to doctors, Rx delivery, or transportation services
• Educate members on their health plan benefits
• Re-engage members struggling with adherence
• Communicate via phone, text, and email with empathy and clarity
• Escalate unique or complex cases appropriately
• Advocate for each member’s success and access to care
• Share insights with the team to improve member experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Tech confident, able to quickly learn new systems
• Experience in health insurance navigation or care coordination
• Strong critical thinking, patience, and a solution-first mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience serving diverse or underserved populations is a plus
💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based, with a professional home office setup
• Available to engage members across time zones
• Local to Los Angeles preferred (but not required)
