📋 What You’ll Own
• Inbox & calendar mastery—business and personal
• Scheduling high-stakes meetings + follow-ups
• Travel logistics (work & personal) across countries and time zones
• Project and task management across departments
• AI tool integration to boost workflows and efficiency
• Internal documentation, SOPs, and process improvement
• Budget tracking, invoice wrangling, and vendor oversight
• Research, reporting, and prep for decision-making
• Event coordination (retreats, offsites, celebrations)
• Hiring pipeline support—scheduling, onboarding, filtering
• Gatekeeping, shielding, prioritizing—like a boss
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years experience as EA or senior-level admin
• Excellent written/spoken English
• Proactive, detailed, and self-managing
• Fluent in AI tools like ChatGPT and automation software
• Comfortable with calendar wrangling, personal errands, and sensitive info
• High EQ, global mindset, and grit
• Time zone alignment: 10am–6pm CET coverage
