đź About the Role
As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, youâll be the friendly, solution-driven guide for customers using Canonicalâs productsâfrom Ubuntu Pro to OpenStack, Kubernetes, MAAS, and more. Youâll support onboarding, enablement, and adoption while learning to manage your own portfolio of tech-savvy customers.
This is an entry-level, high-growth role for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and translating technical value into user success.
đŻ What Youâll Do
⢠Respond to support ticket requests and help resolve issues
⢠Guide users through onboarding and best practices
⢠Build and update knowledge bases and customer resources
⢠Identify at-risk or high-potential customers and intervene early
⢠Help customers get the most out of Ubuntu, MAAS, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and other tools
⢠Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to shape customer engagement plans
⢠Collect and relay customer feedback to the product teams
⢠Lead customer outreach campaigns and drive digital engagement

⢠Enjoy working cross-functionally in a global remote environment
