CrewBloom is looking for a fluent Spanish-English Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between the company and its Spanish-speaking clients—managing communication across calls, emails, and texts, and ensuring seamless customer support from document processing to invoice resolution.


📌 Key Responsibilities
• Client Outreach – Connect with clients regarding document submissions, payments, and inquiries
• Document Support – Request, review, and guide clients through form completion and signing processes
• Invoice Management – Follow up on overdue invoices and assist clients with payments
• Call Handling – Manage inbound support calls and explain company policies or invoicing practices
• Client Education – Train and inform clients about the business model, services, and relevant processes

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Proficient with email, messaging tools, and basic computer software
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
