As an Account Servicing Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping that mission alive—supporting clients post-enrollment by processing account changes, tracking milestones, and ensuring that every backend step reflects the same compassion we give our clients upfront.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process customer account updates and daily service transactions
• Maintain CRM accuracy and flag exceptions
• Analyze reports and support standardization efforts
• Act as a liaison across Enrollment, Client Service, and Settlements teams
• Communicate payment milestones and transaction updates
• Perform accuracy checks and tackle special projects
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of financial industry or banking experience
• Sharp organizational and time management skills
• Strong communicator—confident at all levels
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
• High school diploma or GED required (college grads welcome!)
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team
