📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage global AR collections and reporting for enterprise accounts
• Conduct follow-ups and dunning communications for overdue invoices
• Resolve chargebacks, disputes, and invoice adjustments
• Reconcile AR balances in Stripe and coordinate escalations with collections agencies
• Onboard enterprise clients into Coupa, Ariba, Apex, and validate banking details
• Maintain clean records in SFDC and internal finance systems
• Monitor aging reports, identify risk trends, and escalate where necessary
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to remove payment blockers
• Support Finance in bad debt review and provisioning strategies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in accounts receivable or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Proficient in Stripe and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Apex)
• Detail-oriented with strong data integrity and reconciliation skills
• Confident communicator—internally and with clients
• Experienced in handling disputes and chargeback workflows
• Able to work independently in a remote-first, high-velocity culture
