Pavago is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing commercial real estate investment firm seeking a smart, detail-driven Admin & Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time virtual assistant role supporting operations, marketing, investor relations, and deal sourcing. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and fluent in English, this could be your lane.


Position Highlights
• Full-time, fully remote
• Based in: Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, or Brazil
• Work hours: Eastern Time (US)
• Fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate environment
• Real ownership over operations, marketing, and sourcing tasks


📋 What You’ll Own
Deal Sourcing & Analysis
• Research and input commercial real estate deals into CRM
• Track lease types, cap rates, pricing, and more
• Conduct market research on demographics, rent comps, and trends
• Prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs) and summarize company/market data
• Call local property managers for rent quotes and area insights

CRM & File Management
• Maintain investor CRM systems and update deal records
• Organize due diligence files in Google Drive

Marketing & Branding
• Draft and schedule content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business
• Assist with newsletters, drip campaigns, and pitch decks
• Manage bios, websites, and social media profiles
• Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns to brokers

Special Projects
• Research AI tools to improve operations
• Provide general admin and marketing support


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or real estate platforms)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing tasks
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Real estate experience is a major plus
