📋 What You’ll Own
• Speak with prospective students and help them evaluate program options
• Conduct admissions interviews and follow-up communications
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Partner with student finance and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Support students who previously cancelled or graduated
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong communication and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 2 years in sales, customer service, or education-related field
• Able to identify student goals, motivations, and needs
• Customer-centric and compliance-focused mindset
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet
💻 Remote Requirements
• Home office with quiet setup and hardwired high-speed internet
• Comfortable being on camera when needed
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends occasionally
📚 Preferred Experience
• Associate degree or higher
• 3+ years of direct sales or customer service
• Typing 40+ WPM
