📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide customer journeys to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Align expectations and tailor platform usage for each client
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track client goals and success
• Present actionable insights and propose strategic next steps
• Lead regular client meetings and introduce new use cases and features
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Document all client interactions and outcomes to improve processes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Admin, Marketing, Communications, etc.
• Fluent or native-level English (essential)
• 1+ year of B2B experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) a plus
• Strong data interpretation, project management, and multitasking skills
