📋 What You’ll Own
• Call outbound leads to generate interest and build rapport
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
• Ask qualifying questions to determine lead viability
• Schedule meetings based on sales reps’ calendars and prospect availability
• Log accurate lead and appointment info in the CRM
• Follow up with leads to keep communication warm
• Work closely with the sales team to prep for each appointment
• Track daily call activity and scheduling performance
• Stay informed on service offerings and industry developments

• Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing
• Clear, confident phone presence with strong verbal communication
