CrewBloom is hiring a bilingual Associate Renewals Manager fluent in Spanish and English to support client retention and revenue growth. You’ll manage the full renewal lifecycle—communicating with customers, crafting quotes, reducing churn, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, customer-aligned renewal experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage renewals and retention for English- and Spanish-speaking clients
• Maximize retention and reduce churn through consultative selling
• Align renewal quotes with client needs and business goals
• Complete true-up evaluations and ensure license usage accuracy
• Support Account Execs and Renewal Managers with admin tasks
• Ensure timely renewal completion to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally on customer analytics and renewal strategy
• Coordinate accurate PO and order form submission
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Background in customer success, renewals, or account management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication
