TP (Teleperformance) is hiring remote Automotive Customer Service Representatives across multiple U.S. states. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brand—supporting customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll provide solutions, resolve concerns, and guide people through the world of automotive services in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social platforms
• Resolve questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism
• Track and document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate issues as needed and support payment processing
• Deliver service with empathy and problem-solving precision
• Upsell products or services when appropriate
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
• Logical problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in an approved U.S. state (see list below)
• High-speed wired internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
• No satellite, mobile hotspot, or VPN connections
• Dedicated, quiet workspace
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
