🧾 About the Role
KeyMe is revolutionizing the $12B locksmith industry using AI and robotics to make lockouts a thing of the past. As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice helping people in stressful situations. Whether it’s a lockout, a billing issue, or a simple question, you’ll be the one making sure every customer gets fast, empathetic, top-tier support. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from new and existing customers
• Provide support for billing, technical issues, lockouts, and general service needs
• Keep accurate records of interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups
• De-escalate frustrated callers and turn problems into positive experiences
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1+ year in a call center or customer service role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Empathetic, calm under pressure, and a strong communicator
• Comfortable handling high volumes of communication
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Twilio, and Google Docs is a plus
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
