GoodLeap is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join our Collections team in Mexico City. In this role, you’ll help borrowers resolve past-due payments by offering empathetic, solutions-oriented support. You’ll also maintain accurate records and work toward individual and team collection goals—all while supporting our mission to make sustainable home upgrades more accessible and affordable.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with delinquent borrowers
• Help borrowers bring accounts current through effective problem-solving
• Process payments and document contact efforts
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals
• Ensure compliance with all company collections policies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in credit/collections or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience with financial products or call centers preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
