📋 What You’ll Own
Member & Provider Support
• Handle member inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide clinical guidance on screenings, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Act as a point of contact for providers with questions about coverage or alternatives
• Follow up with patients and providers to ensure clarity and satisfaction

Coverage & Documentation
• Summarize benefit plans and explain specific coverage protocols
• Create and manage clinical support documentation and logs
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards

Marketing & Health Education
• Assist in creating infographics and content for awareness campaigns (e.g., Breast Cancer, Diabetes)
• Suggest ways to improve outreach and engagement with members
• Help shape messaging to support healthcare education

Project Support
• Stay fluent in the client’s healthcare programs
• Collaborate with management on special projects and internal initiatives
• Jump in on general office and support tasks as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience as a Care Coordinator, Case Manager, or similar healthcare support role
• Strong clinical background with knowledge of treatment options and preventive care
• Comfortable managing calls, chats, and emails from both members and providers
• Organized, proactive, and patient-centered in your approach
• Skilled at writing, documenting, and explaining coverage details clearly
• Able to manage projects and juggle multiple priorities remotely

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Admin, or related field
• Experience with benefit documentation and provider plan reviews
• Familiarity with healthcare education campaigns or content creation
• HIPAA certification or USRN/NCLEX license (preferred)
