📝 About the Role
Molina Healthcare is hiring multiple Care Review Processors to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and data entry support for clinical authorization reviews and care coordination. It’s a high-volume, detail-driven position ideal for individuals with healthcare support or medical admin backgrounds who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.


🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration (Medical Assistant background a plus)
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with solid critical thinking abilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Ability to work one of the following schedules:
    • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
    • Tuesday–Saturday, same hours

🔧 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Enter and track care review and authorization requests
  • Verify member eligibility, benefits, and provider status
  • Respond to phone, fax, and email authorization inquiries
  • Communicate with provider offices to gather missing or additional info
  • Follow operational timeframes to process requests accurately

📚 Qualifications

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate Degree
  • Required: 1–3 years in an administrative healthcare role
  • Preferred: 3+ years in healthcare admin or Medical Assistant experience

🌍 Remote Work Locations Include:
Idaho, Texas, Ohio, Kentucky, Iowa, Michigan, Utah, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin – and many more. Candidates must reside within the U.S.
