📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims across auto, property, travel, and more
• Review and assess documentation to verify eligibility and completeness
• Communicate claim decisions clearly and compassionately
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners
• Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims
• Support data entry, trends reporting, and operational improvements
• Help enhance claims documentation and internal systems
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance claims
• Active Adjuster License (P&C license is a bonus)
• Strong customer support background
• High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed workflows
• Professional, empathetic communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning new tech tools
• Able to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with care
