🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is on a mission to make the home the center of patient care. As a Claims Support Associate II, you’ll play a key role in reconciling payments, posting transactions accurately, and bridging the gap between Claims and Accounting. You’ll also train staff on new payer formats and support the integrity of the reimbursement process.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Reconcile and post payments using 835 remittance files
• Manually post payments with high accuracy
• Review Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile provider-level adjustments down to the claim level
• Resolve suspense check entries and ensure clean payment processing
• Deliver training on payer format changes to internal teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of billing or reimbursement experience (cash posting and payment application)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with 835s, EOBs, and denial resolution
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with detailed reconciliation work
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving ability
• Self-starter who thrives on accuracy, responsiveness, and critical thinking
• A positive, team-first attitude—you care about the work and the people
