✅ Position Highlights
• Salary: $42,000–$55,000 CAD
• Full-time, benefits-eligible role
• Locations: Castlegar, Cranbrook, Salmon Arm, Kelowna, or remote (BC residents only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Engage with clients to advise on home, auto, and travel insurance
• Process policy renewals, new sales, and client updates
• Follow up on leads and support retention goals
• Maintain policy accuracy and documentation

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 1 year of personal insurance experience
• Level 2 General Insurance License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with a fast-paced work ethic
• Sales-focused with a collaborative mindset
• Designations like CIP, CAIB, or CRM are a plus
