CrewBloom is hiring a proactive, highly organized Client Operations Representative (COR) to support our Client Results team. This role is the engine behind seamless project execution, helping internal teams stay on track and clients feel supported. ✅ Position Highlights
• 100% remote work from Latin America or the Caribbean
• Full-time, 30–40 hours per week
• Work across multiple time zones (EST, CET, or PST preferred)
• Blend of operations, admin, and client-facing coordination
📋 What You’ll Own
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination across client projects
• Assist Project Managers and Engagement Directors with logistics and documentation
• Maintain project timelines and organize digital workflows (e.g., Monday.com)
• Set up and manage Zoom calls, track action items, and follow up
• Monitor client communications to ensure no detail slips through
• Identify workflow gaps and contribute to internal process improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Based in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Argentina, or Mexico
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Self-driven with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Zoom is a plus
• Background in operations, client services, or administrative support is ideal
💻 Remote Requirements
• Primary internet: 15 Mbps minimum
• Backup internet: 10 Mbps, stable during outages
• Primary device: i5 (8th gen+) or Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM minimum
