📋 What You’ll Own
Content Distribution & Visibility
• Publish articles across platforms: company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
• Share content to 100+ LinkedIn groups for reach and engagement
• Review and verify content accuracy and professionalism before posting
• Monitor content quality and adjust distribution strategies as needed
Admin Support & Organization
• Manage and declutter email inboxes
• Assist with mail merges and other outreach projects
• Track content performance and flag optimization opportunities
• Tackle special projects and adjust to shifting priorities with independence
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience in content distribution and administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn (especially groups), Facebook, and Twitter
• Comfortable managing email systems and working independently
