📋 Role Overview
We are seeking a Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist to verify healthcare provider credentials, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and manage all aspects of initial and re-credentialing processes. This position is essential in maintaining our high compliance standards while supporting healthcare providers and clients across the country.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Verify provider credentials for compliance with state and federal regulations
• Obtain and manage credentialing documentation from physicians and clients
• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications
• Track and manage license, insurance, and DEA expiration dates for providers
• Maintain accurate, organized credentialing records
• Protect sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
🎯 Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in medical credentialing
• Ability to manage credentialing efforts for 150+ physicians simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high workload and prioritize tasks effectively
