📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide outstanding customer service across calls and written channels
• Educate customers on GoodLeap’s services and recommend additional offerings
• Manage customer interactions in internal systems with accuracy
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with professionalism and care
• Represent GoodLeap with subject matter expertise and customer-first energy
• Adapt to business needs and complete other tasks as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in customer service and/or sales
• Previous experience in solar or home energy services preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Patience, empathy, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to embrace coaching, feedback, and change
• Strong reliability and work ethic
