In this fully remote, contract position, you’ll serve as a trusted communicator, providing support, clarity, and reassurance to customers working to recover irreplaceable memories and data. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Receive inbound calls from customers pre-, during, and post-service
• Make outbound follow-up calls to keep customers informed
• Work with data recovery engineers to communicate findings clearly
• Answer customer questions about technical recovery processes and pricing
• Track communication and details accurately and efficiently
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–4 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Comfortable analyzing customer needs and adapting solutions
