🧾 About the Role
OneSource Virtual (OSV) is the leading provider of Workday-exclusive BPaaS (Business Process-as-a-Service) solutions for HR, payroll, and finance. As a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of OSV’s Tax Department, helping new clients transition smoothly into our systems. This role combines customer service, tax expertise, and tech-savvy support to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as liaison between OSV’s tax team, Service Readiness, and new customers
• Manage customer communication through email, CRM tickets, calls, and virtual meetings
• Schedule and prioritize onboarding calls
• Provide explanations for tax reconciliations and audits
• Understand each customer’s unique payroll tax impact
• Become an internal expert on OSV tax systems and onboarding procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• Support multiple customers with professionalism and attention
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, payroll, and/or tax
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Strong analytical, research, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma required (Associate’s or higher preferred)
• Payroll outsourcing or shared services experience a plus
