Pie Insurance is transforming commercial insurance for small businesses. As a Customer Service Advocate on the Commercial Auto team, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving complex policy and billing questions, supporting both customers and partners with clear, solution-driven service. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure fast, helpful, and accurate support—all while making commercial auto insurance feel as easy as pie.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle advanced calls, emails, and platform-based inquiries from customers and agency partners
• Manage policy issuance, billing questions, document processing, and follow-up communication
• Resolve complex policy and billing concerns while identifying root causes and preventing future issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and communication
• Support onboarding of new Commercial Auto service hires by contributing to training and resource development
• Consistently meet service-level agreements and maintain a positive customer experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience (required)
• 1+ years in high-volume customer contact or call center setting (preferred)
• Prior experience in insurance, ideally commercial insurance (required)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask effectively under pressure
• Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Able to take phone calls and manage emails for up to 8 hours per day
• Growth-minded, coachable, and proactive
