As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll support existing customers with their insurance policies, answer questions, and help retain loyal policyholders. ✅ Position Highlights
• $18.00–$21.00/hour
• Full-time
• Remote (select U.S. states only)
• Monday–Friday, 12:30pm – 9:00pm ET
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Company-paid P&C license within 60 days
• Equipment provided + remote training and mentorship
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from existing Jerry customers
• Process insurance service requests (e.g., add/remove vehicles, lienholders, documents)
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance on policy coverages and benefits
• Work to retain customers at risk of cancellation by offering tailored solutions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Passion for helping people and solving problems
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Customer service experience (insurance background is a plus)
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in one of the supported states: GA, NC, NY, UT, FL, VA, TN, AZ, TX, NV
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet home office setup
• Ability to manage work independently with virtual team support
