Jerry.ai, the #1 rated AllCar app, is looking for a remote Customer Service Agent to support our growing base of over 5 million users. In this role, you’ll help customers make changes to their insurance policies, answer questions, and retain users through excellent support. ✅ Position Highlights
• Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $21.00
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM ET
• Remote-First: Work from home in approved states

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from current policyholders
• Handle service requests—adding/removing vehicles or drivers, lienholder updates, sending documents
• Address questions on insurance coverage and policy benefits
• Support retention by identifying solutions for at-risk customers
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Passion for helping others and solving problems
• Willingness to earn a Property & Casualty license (paid for by Jerry within 60 days of hire)
• Previous customer service experience a plus
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in one of the following states: Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Utah, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Arizona, Texas, or Nevada
• Reliable internet connection and distraction-free home office
• Jerry provides work equipment
