CrewBloom is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to support a client focused on empowering women through transformative learning experiences. You’ll be the heart of the community—connecting with students during online sessions, managing communications, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Your energy, empathy, and organization will directly impact the success of every student.


Position Highlights
• 20–25 hours/week
• Part-time, fully remote
• Flexible schedule (including evenings & weekends)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Be the primary contact for students during live workshops and retreats
• Host weekly group calls and live sessions
• Engage in chats and online community groups (e.g., Facebook)
• Attend Monday and Thursday meetings
• Assist with onboarding and client success
• Handle CRM updates and administrative support
• Maintain a polished, professional presence on camera


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in customer service (sales background is a plus)
• Experience in people-focused roles (teaching, social work, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRMs, Zoom, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• A self-improvement mindset with emotional intelligence
• Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Reliable, polished, and confident on camera


💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet: Primary 15 Mbps, Backup 10 Mbps
• Primary Device: i5 (8th gen+) or Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM minimum
