🧾 About the Role
Endurance Warranty Services is hiring a Customer Service Onboarding Lead fluent in Spanish and English to support new hires as they transition from training into live production. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding agents during their critical first 30 days—ensuring confidence, performance, and long-term success.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Attend final day of new hire training to establish rapport
• Shadow and support agents during live calls, offering real-time coaching
• Track, log, and report new hire performance daily and weekly
• Handle escalations with professionalism and care
• Identify skill gaps and partner with training/leadership to adjust curriculum
• Deliver daily updates to leadership and contribute to curriculum enhancements
• Conduct training classes and develop new training material as needed
• Audit customer service calls for trends and improvement areas
• Support interdepartmental communication via Teams, email, and phone
• Contribute to team projects and participate in recurring meetings


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong verbal/written communication and soft skills
• Deep understanding of customer service, contracts, and call center dynamics
• Organized, punctual, and proactive with exceptional follow-through
• Critical thinker with strong decision-making skills
• Experience in training, mentorship, or QA a plus
• Knowledge of automotive systems preferred
• Comfortable with KPIs, coaching metrics, and performance tracking
• Must be camera-ready for training, meetings, and team collaboration
