In this role, you’ll help callers navigate their healthcare needs with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving finesse. 📋 What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Resolve routine and complex questions regarding Sharecare’s services
• Log calls and interactions accurately using internal systems
• Educate callers on available healthcare tools and benefits
• Adapt tone and language to fit caller needs
• Escalate issues when appropriate and ensure follow-up
• Meet performance goals in quality, accuracy, and attendance
🎯 What They’re Looking For
• High School Diploma required
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet navigation
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and people-first mindset
