📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to Tier 0 and Tier 1 tickets; escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 as needed
• Handle live chat sessions with prompt, friendly assistance
• Answer email inquiries and manage inboxes with clarity and care
• Reconcile payment issues across Stripe, AuthNet, PayPal
• Manage customer cancellations and identify retention opportunities
• Review course ratings and funnel feedback to content teams
• Draft and send mass communications as needed
• Identify abandoned cart opportunities and pass to sales
• Attend weekly meetings and contribute to special projects
• Document and refine customer service processes
