Endurance Warranty Services is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this remote role, you’ll be the first line of communication for our customers—handling inbound calls, processing account updates, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience across every interaction.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and direct them to appropriate departments
• Explain contract details and answer account-related questions
• Process payments and assist with setting up payment arrangements
• Maintain clear documentation of each interaction
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer resolution
• Participate in video-enabled training and team meetings


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer literacy
• Experience with CRM systems a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-first mindset with good reasoning and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
