TruBridge is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to provide remote contact center support to patients in our Early Out Services program. In this full-time role, you’ll assist with medical billing inquiries, help patients understand their options, and guide them through payment or financial assistance solutions—all while delivering exceptional service.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with account resolution
• Answer questions related to billing, payment plans, and financial assistance
• Maintain call quality and production standards
• Process paperwork and follow up on unresolved inquiries
• Schedule call backs and communicate professionally at all times
• Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members as needed
