Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a 100% remote position supporting a high-visibility Australian Federal Government account. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with the potential for extension, offering steady hours, paid training, and career growth in a supportive work-from-home environment.

• $26.70/hour + Super + Incentives
• Full-Time (Fixed 3-month term, potential for extension)
• Work-from-Home – No commute, earn from home
• Monday to Friday only (7:00am–7:00pm rotating roster)
• Equipment provided (initial pickup from Melbourne office required)
• Mid-August start date
📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver inbound voice customer support to Australians on behalf of a Federal Government Agency
• Resolve routine inquiries, issues, and concerns using provided systems and scripts
• Use internal tools to record, update, and process information with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain professionalism and empathy with every customer interaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Australian citizenship and 18+ years of age
• Reliable home internet (minimum 30Mbps download / 15Mbps upload)
• Passion for customer service and helping others
• Comfortable with computers and contact center systems
• Experience in a contact center or phone-based role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Remote Requirements
• Home office setup with stable, high-speed internet
• Availability during full range of operational hours (M–F, 7:00am–7:00pm)
• Must be able to collect equipment in person from the Melbourne office
• Must pass police and government security checks
