Savers / Value Village is hiring a remote Customer Service Specialist II to support customers with empathy, precision, and professionalism. This full-time work-from-home role is open to residents of El Paso, Texas and offers a chance to join a mission-driven company that champions sustainability and community impact through secondhand culture. You’ll be the first point of contact for escalated customer inquiries across phone, email, and social platforms.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to escalated customer issues via phone, email, and social media
• Collaborate with store and logistics teams to resolve concerns
• Troubleshoot store and service-related questions
• Accurately document all customer interactions in system logs
• Use sound judgment to escalate or resolve issues on first contact
• Support the Voice of Customer team and mission of Savers


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Comfortable working holidays, weekends, and evenings
• Must pass background check
• Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
