Savers / Value Village is hiring a remote Customer Service Specialist II to support our growing community of thrift-proud shoppers and donors. This role is ideal for someone based in Hawaii with a passion for customer care, a love of secondhand culture, and the skills to manage escalated issues across phone, email, and social platforms. You’ll serve as the frontline for inquiries—resolving problems, supporting store operations, and making a real impact.
