• Flexible schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off (8 AM–8 PM shifts)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve client modification and cancellation requests quickly and accurately
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and hotels by phone and email
• Advise clients on booking details and RateHawk’s platform features
• Navigate CRM tools and internal systems like a pro

• English proficiency (Upper Intermediate and above, spoken and written)
• Kind, patient, polite, and calm under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Ability to learn fast and stay focused on results
• Reliable computer and working microphone
