As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the front line for enterprise partners launching U.S. securities and crypto trading platforms across the globe. From onboarding through renewal, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic relationship builder—ensuring our B2B clients succeed with Alpaca’s technology and services.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers post-signature
• Manage onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal
• Drive client satisfaction, growth, and long-term retention
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning with clients
• Track and mitigate risks, identify new opportunities, and align goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams
• Provide feedback that shapes the roadmap and overall partner experience
• Represent clients internally across departments
• Report on customer health and progress toward KPIs
• Contribute to customer success strategies and process improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SaaS and API-based products
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise-level clients independently
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Remote-ready with strong self-management and ownership mindset
• Passion for democratizing financial services globally
