We’re looking for compassionate, solution-oriented Customer Success & Retention Specialists to support and retain customers in a fully remote environment. Position Highlights
• $23/hr base pay + $300–$600 monthly performance bonus
• Full-time, remote position
• Shifts available 8 AM – 8 PM local time, with rotating Saturdays
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and sick time
• Company-provided tech setup (laptop, monitor, ethernet cable, etc.)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide top-tier customer service across phone, email, and chat
• Identify and retain at-risk customers by offering empathetic, effective solutions
• Act as liaison between customers, sales consultants, and partner providers
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
• Educate customers on hearing loss and personalized care options


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, support, or retention
• Excellent verbal communication and empathy-driven problem solving
• Adaptability to new systems like Salesforce, Twilio, Outlook, and Zoom
• High-speed internet (100Mbps down / 20Mbps up) with hardwired connection
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and comfort working in a goal-driven remote environment
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn

• Must reside in New Mexico
• Reliable, distraction-free home office setup
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work full-time shifts within stated availability
