As a Customer Success & Retention Specialist, you’ll work remotely to make meaningful connections and retain customers through empathetic support and problem-solving. With training provided and the power to genuinely change lives, this is more than just a job—it’s a purpose.


Position Highlights
• $23/hour base pay + $300–$600/month performance bonuses
• Full-time, remote role with rotating Saturdays
• Work an 8-hour shift between 8AM–8PM local time
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401K, open PTO, sick time, parental leave
• Equipment provided (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver exceptional customer service across inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email
• Identify and retain at-risk customers through strategic support
• Meet customer success metrics (call time, retention, satisfaction)
• Collaborate with sales consultants and partners to ensure smooth customer experience
• Share insights on recurring issues to improve internal processes
• Provide tailored guidance around hearing loss solutions


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 2 years of tenure in recent roles
• High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Quick learner with a growth mindset
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome


💻 Remote Requirements
• Must be based in the US (New Mexico preferred)
• Must hardwire into home internet (minimum 100Mbps down / 20Mbps up)
• Quiet home workspace
• Comfortable using digital communication tools
