Brightree, a ResMed company, is looking for a Customer Support Representative with pharmacy workflow knowledge and software support experience. You’ll provide technical assistance to pharmacies using Brightree’s cloud-based solutions, helping streamline patient care while working from home or one of several U.S. locations.

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver top-tier support for Brightree’s pharmacy application
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues (technical and non-technical)
• Navigate pharmacy-specific workflows—order entry, dispensing, compounding, NCPDP billing, inventory
• Document FAQs, bug reports, enhancements, and issue resolutions
• Escalate critical issues and provide proactive customer communication
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy/DME laws and regulations
• Stay up-to-date on Brightree features, platform updates, and customer impact
🎯 What You Bring
• Prior help desk or tech support experience for pharmacy or healthcare software
• Understanding of pharmacy processes: registration, adjudication, compounding, dispensing
• Knowledge of NCPDP billing and the DME industry
• Brightree experience is a plus
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, healthcare, tech) OR equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Fast learner, self-motivated, organized, customer-focused
• Able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment
