🧾 About the Role
Join Brightree, a ResMed company, as a Customer Support Specialist helping healthcare providers use Brightree’s cloud-based patient management software. You’ll troubleshoot, resolve issues, and make a daily impact on customers and the patients they serve—all from the comfort of your home.


Position Highlights
$21.42 – $28.58/hour (based on experience and location)
Full-Time, Remote
11 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to software and service inquiries via phone or electronic communication
• Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues
• Troubleshoot system configurations, functionality, and setup issues
• Track, document, and escalate support tickets
• Stay current on product updates and industry trends
• Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and clear communication


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience in software or application support
• Strong technical aptitude and logical troubleshooting skills
• Fast learner with proven ability to resolve issues independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel)
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s in business, finance, healthcare, or tech preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Background in HME, home health, or healthcare industry preferred

• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work 11 AM – 8 PM EST from a distraction-free home office
• Comfortable using video conferencing and internal tools daily
