⢠Respond to support tickets with empathy, accuracy, and speed

⢠Flag and moderate user-generated content in compliance with community guidelines
⢠Maintain platform integrity by reviewing and curating the voice library
⢠Represent customer feedback internally to inform product and support strategies

⢠Experience troubleshooting browser-based issues or API integrations
