📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to consumer and dealer support inquiries with professionalism and speed
• Master the Cars.com suite of tools and confidently educate customers
• Document interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2, Product, or Technical teams
• Contribute to internal improvements and the overall customer success mission
