🧾 About the Role
Clipboard Health is hiring a Customer Support Team Lead to oversee our global documentation and onboarding support function. In this fully remote role, you’ll lead a team of frontline agents responsible for verifying documents, preventing fraud, and ensuring healthcare professionals can quickly and safely join our marketplace. If you’re detail-oriented, operationally savvy, and passionate about managing high-trust workflows, this role gives you the opportunity to drive meaningful impact at scale.


✅ Position Highlights
• Estimated compensation: $50,000–$90,000 USD/year
• Full-time, remote (open to applicants in Canada, Europe, South Africa, Asia, Latin America)
• Rotating roster with required availability for overlapping EST and PST hours, including weekends
• Impact-driven work supporting frontline healthcare professionals


📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and coach a team of Tier 1 agents handling document reviews and onboarding tasks
• Monitor queues, productivity, and quality assurance performance
• Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and maintain coaching logs
• Step in to support agents with complex documentation and ambiguous cases
• Ensure document processing is accurate, consistent, and policy-aligned
• Track error patterns, escalate systemic issues, and drive improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Legal, Sales, and Product teams
• Represent your team in operational syncs and documentation reviews
• Onboard and train new agents, and drive continuous process improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years experience coaching or managing frontline support or documentation teams
• Operational mindset with experience managing SLAs, workflows, and queues
• Strong written communication and feedback skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and coach others through judgment-based decisions
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Bonus: Background in credentialing, healthcare ops, compliance, or trust & safety


💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable wired internet (15Mbps+), quiet workspace
• Minimum i5 processor or equivalent, 12GB+ RAM
• Comfortable working overlapping EST + PST hours and weekends
• Based outside the U.S. (Canada, Europe, South Africa, Asia, or Latin America)
